My stay at Best Western Empire Palace Hotel & Spa was quite enjoyable. The location was fantastic, with major attractions like the Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace just a short walk away. The friendly staff, especially Suleyman, made my experience even better by providing great assistance when I needed it. However, the noise from the nearby trams was a bit disruptive at night, and the cleanliness of the room could have been improved.
